ABOUT THE SHOW
Kitsap Antique Show began in the fall of 1998 in the community center
in Port Orchard, Washington. It was the combined efforts of the Puget
Sound Genealogical Society and the Kitsap History Museum. By
bringing together the interest in genealogy research and the interest
in the history of Kitsap County, we hit upon a unique blend for the
basis of our annual antique show.
Since that first Kitsap Antique Show in 1998, it has become the largest
and best-known antique show in Kitsap County. Every few years this
event has outgrown it venue and today it is located in the President’s
Hall on the Kitsap County Fairgrounds Complex in Bremerton,
Washington. This antique show has proven to be a strong fund raiser for
both societies with profits going equally to the support and upkeep of
each non-profit organization.
The two day event includes a large Antiques Appraisal area where
attendees may have their family heirlooms and treasures verbally
appraised for a nominal fee.
The Sales Area was conceived in 2006 and has grown each year to include
a variety of dealers over the two day show, selling everything from the
finest antiques to collectibles, requiring a day or two to see
everything there is to see.
A Food Court is on site for convenience with reasonable prices and a
great variety of food throughout the two day event and there is always
plenty of free parking available.
